point out further that Mr. Bullin Was aware that Mr. Xavier

had formely kept a paranour, and he may not have known that Ers.

Xavier was a married woman.

For the reasons given above your Committee are unanimously

of the opinion that the charges lɛid against Mr. Bullin are true,
